Built with Drupal as the backend and Next.js as the frontend, the app offers a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. It provides access to real-time news, game schedules, player profiles, and more.One of the key features of the app is the login functionality, which grants users access to exclusive content and interactive activities. Through the app, fans can participate in live tip games, vote for the best player, and engage in discussions within the dedicated "Fan Base" section. This fosters a sense of community and allows fans to share their own content and interact with others.
The development process faced several challenges, particularly in creating the necessary interfaces for user logins, interactive posting, and liking. However, the team successfully overcame these hurdles, resulting in a robust and engaging fan app for HC Davos.

Challenges
The development of the HC Davos Fan App presented several challenges. Creating secure and seamless login interfaces was a key priority to protect user data while ensuring a smooth user experience. Additionally, implementing the interactive posting and liking features required the team to design efficient APIs and ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend.Community contributions
As part of this project, we have set up a new backend instance for the Davos Hockey Club. We utilize Drupal as the platform of choice. Our task involves processing over 20 interfaces through which we fetch and process data. Once the data is prepared, we make it available again through a JSON API.To facilitate data provisioning, we have leveraged several community modules, namely:
